I was able to get by with this headset, but the microphone arm broke right after the 90 day warranty was up. I wore this about 8 hours a day, 4 days a week, sound quality was just 'ok' [often callers would say they couldn't hear me well]. Wish there was something better available at a reasonable price. This is not it.

I have been using these types of headsets since the early 1990s. The KX-TCA93 are the best headsets I have ever used. I have not had any issues during use. Sound is good and I have no problem with them fitting around my ear. I have three telephones and use these headsets on all of them.
